Online Trauma Therapy for Women in Cincinnati, Ohio
For the woman who holds everything together for everyone else but feels anxious, overwhelmed, and emotionally exhausted underneath.
You’re used to being the strong one. The reliable one. The one who keeps going, even when you’re struggling inside.
You may be carrying anxiety, grief, people-pleasing, or painful experiences that still affect how you feel about yourself and relate to others.
Licensed to provide online therapy across Ohio, Florida, Indiana, and Puerto Rico
You’ve learned how to keep going, no matter what.
Even through anxiety, loss, trauma, and experiences that left a mark.
From the outside, you’re functioning. But inside, it doesn’t always feel that way.
You may be overthinking everything, struggling to set boundaries, feeling responsible for other people’s emotions, or wondering why you still don’t feel better even though you’ve tried so hard to move forward.
There are parts of your story that still feel unresolved, and you’ve gotten used to carrying them on your own.
You don’t have to keep doing that.
I provide online therapy for women in Cincinnati, Ohio, who want a supportive place to understand what they’re carrying and begin working through the patterns that keep showing up in their lives.
I’m not just here to analyze your patterns. I’m here to sit with you in what’s real. My approach is warm, straightforward, and trauma-informed, with space to understand your experiences without judgment.
This is a space where you don’t have to hold everything together.
Can you relate?
You’re the strong one for everyone else, but inside:
You’re the one everyone leans on, but when things get quiet, your mind won’t turn off.
People describe you as calm and capable, but inside you’re anxious, tense, or waiting for something to go wrong.
You have a hard time saying no without feeling guilty or worrying about how someone else will react.
You find yourself taking responsibility for other people’s feelings, even when it leaves little room for your own.
You keep functioning and showing up, even when you feel emotionally exhausted and overwhelmed.
With infertility or pregnancy loss:
You let yourself feel hopeful, then brace yourself for the disappointment when another cycle doesn’t go the way you hoped.
You see a pregnancy announcement and feel your smile freeze before you can control it.
You carry grief that can feel invisible because the people around you don’t always understand the depth of it.
You wonder how something you want so deeply can leave you feeling so anxious, exhausted, and alone.
In relationships:
You say yes automatically, then wish you had given yourself permission to say no.
You over-explain your boundaries because you don’t want anyone to feel hurt or disappointed.
You feel responsible for other people’s emotions and are uncomfortable when someone is upset with you.
You replay conversations afterward, wondering if you said too much, did something wrong, or disappointed someone.
Even when you know a boundary is reasonable, the guilt can make you question yourself.
If this is you, you don’t have to keep figuring it all out on your own.
You may already know how to cope, push through, and keep functioning. Therapy gives us space to understand what’s underneath the anxiety, people-pleasing, grief, and patterns that keep showing up.
This is the work we do together.
Learning to recognize what you’re feeling instead of immediately pushing it aside. Setting boundaries without being consumed by guilt. Making space for grief without feeling like you have to rush through it. Understanding the experiences that shaped the way you relate to yourself and others.
And, little by little, learning to trust yourself again.
Meet Dr. Ana Baratta, LPCC
I’m a bilingual licensed therapist providing online therapy for women in Cincinnati and throughout Ohio, as well as Florida, Indiana, and Puerto Rico.
Many of the women I work with come to therapy feeling like they’ve lost themselves. They’re exhausted from carrying everyone else, grieving quietly, struggling to set boundaries, or living with anxiety they can’t always explain.
Our work can include understanding where these patterns come from, strengthening boundaries, making space for difficult emotions, and rebuilding trust in yourself.
I offer therapy in English and Spanish and incorporate EMDR when it’s the right fit. My approach is warm, direct, and trauma-informed, with respect for your story, your pace, and what matters to you.
I help women who are used to being the strong one — but feel anxious, exhausted, and overwhelmed underneath it all.
Together, we can explore the experiences and patterns that may be keeping you stuck in survival mode. Our work is compassionate, honest, and paced with care.
Some sessions may involve processing painful experiences using EMDR. Other times, we might slow down the overthinking, notice what happens when we feel responsible for someone else’s emotions, or practice setting a boundary without immediately explaining or apologizing for it.
You won’t only talk about what you want to change. Therapy can become a place to practice doing things differently.
If you’re navigating infertility or pregnancy loss, you’ll also find space for the complicated emotions that can come with it. Your grief doesn’t need to be minimized, rushed, or explained away.
Our work can help you better understand your emotions, strengthen your boundaries, process experiences that still affect you, and reconnect with your own needs and sense of self.

A More Intentional Way to Begin Therapy
This therapy package is a great option for those who are ready to commit to their healing process with more consistency and support.
4 Therapy Sessions (Ohio, Indiana, & Florida)
$ 471 (25% discount)
Why 4 sessions?
Because you’ve probably already tried to “figure it out” in your head… and it hasn’t been enough.
One session can give insight.
But insight alone doesn’t change how you feel or how you show up when it actually matters.
Four sessions give us the space to slow down, understand what’s really going on, and begin shifting it—so you’re not just aware of your patterns, but actually starting to move differently in your life.
A single session gives clarity.
Four sessions create momentum and real change.

I am a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. If applicable, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Working outside of insurance allows your therapy to stay focused on you—not on requirements or limitations set by a third party. This means we are not restricted by diagnoses, session limits, or pre-approved treatment plans, and your personal information remains more private. We can move at your pace, focus on what truly matters, and use approaches that best support your healing, rather than what insurance dictates. For clients who have out-of-network benefits, a superbill can be provided for possible reimbursement.
